Continuous improvement with Research and Development

“Strive for continuous improvement, instead of perfection.” ~ Kim Collins

For most of us, striving for perfection would be a fool’s errand. If you believe, as we do, that there’s always room for improvement, then aiming for perfection would just be setting yourself up for failure. It makes more sense to set your sights on continuous development and improvement, even when your target for improvement is something that’s already performing pretty well.

Our portable coldstore equipment is well regarded as best-in-class by end users all over the country. With controllable temperatures between -27ºC and +27ºC, our systems are used in the storage of everything from food to pharmaceuticals.

However the vast range of uses, varied environments and demanding site conditions can cumulate in thousands of different operating scenarios. Ensuring the best control for each of these scenarios is a challenge, and a challenge is what we enjoy!

After extensive development in the lab on our custom built test unit and on-site in real-world enviroments, and following thousands of hours of testing we’re super excited to be launching our V2.00 control software written in LUA for fast and flexible operation.

Continuous improvement goes hand-in-hand with customer engagement. All of our products undergo continuous development led by our customers needs and valuable feedback. Keeping an eye on things remotely with our internet enabled control systems helps us analyse and refine. Often our systems can be freely upgraded remotely via the internet for our maintenance customers.
